Douce Hydro is able to design and manufacture both standard and custom designed hydraulic cylinders. Douce Hydro cylinders are recognized by our customers for their high quality, advanced technology and service lives exceeding 25 years.
Douce Hydro offers our advanced KERADOUCE® coating on the rods of our cylinders. With over 12 years of product life, this innovative protective coating has been tested extensively and continually improved. It has proven extremely effective in harsh environments, particularly where corrosion is a major concern. Douce Hydro brings customized advanced engineering solutions for our clients’ wide range of applications, such as, but not limited to, cylinders for radial gates, vertical lift roller gates, vertical lift sliding gates, vertical sector gates, fish belly gates and servomotors for turbines.
