- Quality Management System: Douce Hydro is ISO 9001:2000 certified and is in the process of ISO:14001 certification (environment friendly).

- Design Codes: Douce Hydro has experience working with many codes, such as AWS, ASME, ISO, DIN ….

All our welders are certified. We can also have them certified per the specific design code you wish to apply on your project (such as ISO, AWS, DIN, ASME …)

Douce-Hydro frequently deals with certification organizations such as ABS, DNV, VERITAS, LLOYD’S REGISTER, TÜV, U.S. Army Corps … as per your specifications.

Welding certified

- Zero Leakage Technology : Douce Hydro has over 50 years of experience in optimizing the many possible combinations of seals for a multitude of applications. We can apply this experience to customize solutions for your specific application.

- Products Testing: All Douce-Hydro cylinders undergo a 100% hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the working pressure. All our products are checked and verified before shipping.

Custom testing following customer specifications are also available (such as nitrogen or water glycol testing…).

Douce Hydro also utilizes electronic chart recorder equipment, which enables us to provide our customer the testing data.

 

Small and medium size hydraulic test bench

- Traceability: We keep all LIFETIME all technical records on our products since 1950. Which means that we are and will always be able to manufacture and provide any spare parts, including seals kits, or complete replacement cylinders/products.

- Manufacturing Record Data Book: Whenever requested by the customer, Douce Hydro provides all the Material Test Certificates, Welder Certification Approvals and any other technical certificates required.

- Clean room: Douce Hydro possesses a unique clean room in our industry, which enable to check and ensure the quality of our products.
