Douce Hydro performs repairs on any hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder, or other product, regardless of their original manufacturer.

Douce Hydro has long recognized that after-sales service is a key element in achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. To this end, the company has established a LARGE REPAIR CENTER staffed with a team of highly trained service engineers and technicians, and a parts warehouse.

Upon request, Douce Hydro can also provide worldwide on-site technical assistance at customer facilities for new product installation, expertise, product maintenance and rebuild of either Douce Hydro or any competitor’s hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders or products.

In addition of repairs, Douce Hydro can provide you spare parts of your existing cylinders or products, such as seals kits, or other spare parts:

Douce Hydro keeps LIFETIME all technical records and drawings of every single product. This means you will ALWAYS be able to request ANY spare parts of your cylinder and products manufactured by Douce Hydro.

REPAIR / RETROFIT WITH THE KERADOUCE^® COATING :

In addition to regular repair of cylinders and products as mentioned above, Douce Hydro offers also the possibility to retrofit your existing cylinders (whether it was previously chromed, nickel-chromed or coated with any other type of coating) with our Keradouce^® coating.

Retrofitting with the Keradouce^® coating is very simple: we first remove the old coating, we then polish the rod, and we finally re-apply the Keradouce^® coating. With such a retrofit, cylinders will carry the same warranty as a new cylinder, and this retrofit will be much more effective and your cylinder will last much longer.

Repair PROCESS of the Keradouce^®coating:

In addition to all its other advantages, our Keradouce^® coating offers a unique reparation method for accidental damage on the rod.

Douce Hydro has developed a special resin called “Keradouce^® Repair Kit”, which allows easy repair on the rod and helps production resume quickly. We can help you to repair you cylinder on-site without disassembling and keep your installation functioning.
